    Role and responsibilities

    · Customers help to install, configure and operate Plesk

    · Troubleshoot problems - Identify sources of error and provide customer solutions

    · Knowledge exchange within the team, as mentor and coach

    · Maintain good customer relationships through phone, email and chat

    · Help to keep the Plesk knowledge database up-to-date

    · Expertise in Plesk and related services

    We expect from you:

    · Some experience as a system administrator for Linux / Windows servers

    · General knowledge in the configuration of web, mail, FTP, DNS, SQL databases, network services on Windows and Linux servers

    · Excellent customer-oriented skills

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
